The human experience is a complex one. Our lives are inevitably filled with challenges, loss, suffering and at the same time we have the capacity to experience true joy, deep love and awe-inspiring beauty. So how do we move through the waves of life and navigate it all? There is no one answer to this question, and that’s why I am here.

I am here to hold space for you as you ask the hard questions, process suffering and navigate the ups and downs of your own personal journey. My mission is to stand with, encourage and empower my clients. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and that you have all of the answers inside of you. In our time together I will listen deeply, compassionately and non-judgmentally. I will ally with you as you peel back the layers of trauma, uncover your truths and reclaim your most authentic self. I believe that the first step towards any change is awareness and I am passionate about helping you expand your awareness so that you can step into your most authentic, powerful and aligned life.

My education and training at Naropa University where I am studying Transpersonal and Mindfulness-based approaches to Therapy paired with my years of experience in Caregiving and Coaching have taught me how to hold space for a diverse population of people facing many different life challenges. Thank you for being brave and for being here. I look forward to
meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

A little more about me:

A big part of who I am outside of the therapy room is an Artist. I spend most of my free time writing, composing, singing, and playing music with my band. I am thankful for the creative outlet of music and the community it provides me; I couldn’t imagine my life without it! Aside from music, I also enjoy the healing quality of spending time outside in our beautiful state and enjoy skiing, running, and gardening.
