Life can be stressful and overwhelming, especially if you feel you are on your own. When feeling most vulnerable, giving yourself space and permission to be seen and heard takes bravery. Wherever you are in your mental health journey, I will listen to your story, experiences, and struggles. Then, together, we’ll set goals to facilitate change and guide you toward a life you want to live. You are the expert on you, and all the answers and the strength to change are within you. I will honor your truth and empower you throughout your healing journey.

It’s my mission to support all journeys to positive mental health and well-being. I offer a gentle, supportive, and nonjudgemental therapy space for children, teens, and adults from all walks of life.

My areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, school related issues, fertility, expecting and new parenting, and life transitions.

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

A little more about me:

As a Colorado native, I enjoy the many days of sunshine and the opportunities to explore the multitude of outdoor activities our state has to offer. I am a wife of 30 years to a mostly wonderful husband, mother to two beautiful daughters, and a two-year-old “puppy.” I recently retired as an educator after almost 30 years in the classroom. My passion for travel allows me to explore the diversity in our world, both culturally and geographically. I am working on balancing the feeling of needing to be busy with accepting the importance of quiet, rejuvenating time.
