I recognize the courage it takes to begin therapy and start this process. Whether this is your first experience, or you have attended therapy before, I want to help you feel safe and develop trust at your own pace. I believe that you have the capability and deserve to become the version of yourself that aligns with your values, even if that seems challenging right now.

In sessions, I work to help you feel heard, supported, and identify specifically tailored strategies to help reach your desired goals. Working with me will feel as if you have someone on your team who truly cares about your overall wellbeing.

I have experience in several different community agencies that focused on a variety of concerns which include, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, military experiences, relationship challenges, life performance issues, or athletes and athletic related challenges. The foundation of my approach comes from a person-centered lens where I am non-judgmental, honest, and empathic. Other evidenced based approaches I consistently implement are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!
