One of the most courageous acts is starting to truly understand your own story. I am here to learn about your story and support you in exploring your life experiences, personal beliefs, and perspectives. You are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to create a non-judgmental, supportive, safe, and self-empowering space.
My support for you will enhance your emotional intelligence. We will reflect on the past to understand the present. I practice through a person-centered, emotional, and relational lens. Therapy is whatever you need, and my goal is to meet you there.
Asking for help and showing up is not easy, I am here to support your self-discovery and quality of life. Together, we will build awareness, skills, and understanding to help you create the life you want to live.
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

A little more about me:
I was raised in Los Alamos, New Mexico, the little town where Oppenheimer is based. Five years ago, I moved to Colorado with my partner.
My partner and I are pet parents to one kitty, Binx, who is about seven, and a four-year-old puppy, Maggie. I am always happy to share pictures or stories of them. If I am not home hanging out with Binx and Maggie, I enjoy spending time outside hiking, biking, or working in my garden. I also enjoy horseback riding and taking care of them when I can.
