Who I Work With

My Approach to Therapy

Starting therapy is no small thing, and I’m so glad you’re taking this step. I work with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of concerns including relationships, anxiety, eating disorders, life transitions, and depression. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and feel truly seen, heard, and empowered.

I work relationally, meaning the connection and trust we build together is central to the work. I tend to be warm, honest, and direct, and I like to bring a little humor into the room when it feels helpful. Honesty matters here, and so does making sure you feel genuinely comfortable being yourself. I believe each person’s path is unique, and I’m here to meet you where you are. I know therapy can feel vulnerable, and I don’t take that trust lightly.

I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and parts work through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens. These approaches focus on understanding the whole of you: your patterns, protective parts, values, and what you want your life to look like.

Therapy doesn’t require you to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start exploring, I’d love to meet you where you are.

A little more about me…
I’m an outdoor enthusiast who loves taking full advantage of Denver’s proximity to the mountains. Whether I’m hiking, camping, biking, or skiing, you’ll often find me exploring nature’s beauty. When I’m not on an outdoor adventure, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a great book, or unwinding with my favorite reality TV shows.
