I believe that our greatest wounds happen in relationships, so our greatest healing happens there too. Through the container of a therapeutic relationship, you will have the opportunity to experience the healing that comes from being witnessed with acceptance, compassion, and care by a trusted other.
Drawing from attachment theory, parts work, and mindfulness, I will integrate different modalities to best meet your unique needs. My goal is to empower you to break free from old patterns, embrace your true self, and live a more liberated life where you feel deeply connected to yourself and others. I would be honored to hear your story and meet your special flavor of magic. Whether you are ready for a change or simply looking for support, I am here to witness your journey with deep presence and genuine care.
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

A little more about me:
I was born and raised in Connecticut and have been living in Denver for the last six years. Like many people living in Colorado, I love to be outside. In the city I love to bike, rollerblade, or go for a walk around my neighborhood. In the mountains I love to backpack or hike. You will often find me drinking tea on a friend’s couch discussing life. I like to play guitar and sing, as well as study and read the tarot.
