Anxiety, trauma, family conflict and a host of other life challenges make the simplest efforts overwhelming. Whether you are braving depression, anxiety, ADHD or autism, or another challenge, we will explore your story together and identify your needs.
Our journey will be a collaborative effort in which you are the guide and expert of your life. I am there challenging unhelpful thought patterns, locating resources, and helping you harness your own mental power. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy but also take an eclectic approach based on the needs of my individual clients. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.
About me: My roots are in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (it’s not in the mitten!) but I am now in Denver after 11 years in Chicago proper. I love exploring new countries and cities and am steeped in cultural experiences. I am proactive about processing faith and diversity issues. Heaven is the beach. A hike in the mountains is right up there with it.
