Facing the challenges in ourselves can be daunting, and I believe the bravest thing a person can do is start. I am so happy you are here.
Transitions through life as a young adult can be difficult, confusing, and sometimes, outright painful. Most people seek therapy during these challenging periods with the hope of a cure for their distress. I’ll be honest with you- there is no magical pill or perfect solution. You are a complex individual, full of multitudes and unique experiences that deserve a safe, open, and collaborative therapeutic space for you to discover your path towards peace. This is your becoming and I am here to assist you.
I use a holistic and integrative therapeutic approach by connecting your individual mind, body, and spirit to your surroundings while considering environmental and social effects that exist within your experience. With a background in social work and public health, I emphasize a collaborative space to discover incremental progress goals, coping skills toolbox development, and self-care practices to prepare you for all that life has to offer in relationships, family, trauma, career, and more.
Give me a call today for a consultation and let’s see if we would be a good therapeutic fit. I look forward to meeting you!
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

A little more about me:
The mountains, exercise, and my lovely 9-year-old cat are what rejuvenate me in my free time. Whether it’s working out in a gym, enjoying lunch with a friend after a hike to an alpine lake, or enjoying a walk through a local garden, mindful movement is important for me to keep my mind, body, and spirit happy and healthy. Fortunately, my cat loves being outside as much as I do- mostly for the garden berries.
