I’m driven by a genuine desire to foster a trusting relationship where vulnerability feels natural and facilitates meaningful change. I value transparent and compassionate communication, ensuring honesty is conveyed with kindness and empathy. My goal is to welcome you into a supportive environment where you feel fully understood and encouraged to grow.

I specialize in working with children aged 4-18, parents seeking support, and women navigating various life transitions, relationships, infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences. With warmth and curiosity, I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs and goals, drawing from ten years of experience working with children with learning and behavioral needs, as well as individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

As humans, we all yearn for genuine connections and understanding. That’s why finding the right therapist is so important. If you’re considering working with me, I’d love to connect with you for an initial consultation. Let’s explore your therapy goals together and determine if my approach aligns with your needs.

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

After completing graduate school, I worked for an organization focused on neural integration, complemented by CBT and coaching for parents and children.

Since 2017, I’ve held various roles within Denver Public Schools, including Behavioral Specialist, Special Education Specialist for Serious Emotional Disabilities, and most recently, Therapeutic and Prevention Specialist. In this role, I provided clinical therapeutic support to students and families, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, ADHD, and ODD, among other challenges and gifts. I’ve utilized a range of clinical approaches including TF-CBT, mindfulness, CBT, client-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.

Additionally, since 2019, I’ve served as an MSW Supervisor, overseeing graduate student interns during their fieldwork.

A little more about me:

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and our two Labradors, Millie and Maizie. I enjoy anything that gets me outside and moving — walking, running, hiking, climbing, skiing, skating, and camping. I am fortunate to have family and friends close by and value every opportunity I get to spend time connecting with them.
