Megan Smith

Pre-Licensed Professional Therapist

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Location: Denver, CO

I see patients virtually and in-person!

See me in-person at one of our Capitol Hill office.

What could your life be like if you had more mental space—if anxiety, food, or body image didn’t take up so much of your attention and energy? Together, we’ll get curious about the thoughts and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and I’ll support you in discovering the motivation and tools you need to create lasting change. By exploring the deeper layers of your experience, you can build self-trust and develop new patterns that truly serve you—both in how you eat and how you live.

I specialize in helping people restore their relationship with food and body, navigate anxiety, and move through the challenges of everyday life. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide, helping you move toward the goals that matter most to you—at your pace, on your terms.

Healing doesn’t mean choosing between structure and freedom—it means finding a balance that supports you physically, emotionally, and mentally, in a way that feels authentic to you.

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

Megan is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. A little more about me:

Outside of my work, I find joy in movement and connection. I love biking, yoga, running, and paddle boarding. I also enjoy reading, wandering through bookstores, and meeting friends for a good conversation over coffee. These moments help keep me grounded, curious, and connected—values I also bring into my work with clients.
