That all sounds great, but how do we get there? The harsh truth is that it’s not easy and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but fortunately you don’t have to do it alone. We all have the power to free ourselves from old habits and behaviors that don’t serve us anymore. Fear, guilt, frustration, anger (and maybe even ambivalence) are part of what makes us human, but they don’t have to enslave us. I’m here to help. Let’s figure it out together.
In a gentle, safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, I want to support you on your journey to nurturing your true self and discovering the powerful resources you have within.
As a humanistic therapist, I believe in engaging with all parts of you in an authentic, open, curious and compassionate way. Though much of my experience is in mindfulness-based approaches, my practice integrates a variety of approaches guided by what suits your unique needs.
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

A little more about me:
I moved around a bit growing up but immediately fell in love with Colorado when I first came here 10 years ago and put down roots. When I’m not working, you might find me hiking, biking or jogging around the Front Range. I also enjoy reading a good non-fiction bestseller, following Premier League soccer, visiting friends and relatives around the States and in Europe when I can, as well as spending time with my two young kiddos watching the latest Pixar movie or building Legos.
