I believe meaningful change is always possible when we have the right support. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we explore what’s beneath the surface. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Every person’s story is unique. I approach therapy through a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens, honoring both the systems you’re navigating and the strengths you already hold. I integrate somatic practices, parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches to support the mind-body connection. Together, we will move at your pace to foster healing, growth, and deeper self-connection.
Change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If it sounds like we could be a good fit, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!
Maddie brings five years of clinical experience to her work, beginning with a foundation in ABA therapy. For the past four years, she’s worked as an Intensive Behavioral Health Specialist on an inpatient psychiatric unit for children and adolescents. In this role, she developed expertise in transdiagnostic interventions for mood disorders, crisis stabilization, motivational interviewing, and de-escalation techniques. She also lead both group and individual sessions using DBT and CBT-based skills, and incorporated creative therapeutic approaches such as drama and art therapy.

A little more about me:
I’m happiest when I’m outside—whether I’m mountain biking, snowboarding, or rock climbing with friends. I find a lot of joy and balance in spending time in nature. When I’m indoors, I love to slow down with creative outlets like journaling or making collages.
