I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood – and that’s the foundation of my work. There are days when you might be feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or like your thoughts are racing. Maybe you feel lonely, burnt-out, or are having a hard time loving yourself. Whatever you’re facing, you are not alone. During sessions, I work to show up with warmth, empathy, and to provide a safe environment where you can be vulnerable without fear of judgment. I aim to foster an authentic space where there is room for laughter, emotion, and honest feedback. You are the expert on your life, but I’m here to walk alongside you to help you navigate it with clarity. Together, we will collaborate to identify your needs, strengths, and find the best approach for you.
Finding the right therapist is so important. I have experience working with teens and adults who are working to navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma. I approach therapy with curiosity and care, honoring your unique story, challenges, and goals. I bring flexibility to each session and adapt my practice to meet your evolving needs. My goal is to help you discover the strength you already have and use it to move toward healing. You don’t have to go through it alone, and I’m here to hear your story.
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

A little more about me:
Outside of work, I love going on outdoor adventures! Whether that be rock climbing, going on a bike ride, or hiking (hopefully with a waterfall or alpine lake along the way), getting outside always helps to clear my mind. My two year old puppy, Luca, is my adventure buddy, but he also loves curling up in my lap on a relaxing day. When I’m not outside, I love unwinding on the couch with a soft blanket and a good book. I’ve also played flute and piano for most of my life, and returning to my favorite songs always brings me a sense of joy.
