My role is to provide a safe, non- judgmental, and supportive space that empowers you to become your most authentic self.
My approach combines evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT with holistic approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Everyone’s therapeutic journey is different, and my goal is to make sure you feel from the beginning that this is a space where you’re truly seen, heard, and supported in a way that aligns with you.
While much of our work will take place during sessions, some activities such as journaling, tracking your emotional experiences, practicing mindfulness, or engaging in behavioral experiments will be done in between sessions. In our work together, I aim to provide a compassionate space where you can find clarity, cultivate self-awareness, tap into your strengths, and build resilience. It would be my honor to hold space with you and explore life’s challenges, co-create healing, and brighten the light within you.

A little more about me:
A lover of movement and playful practice, my recharge activities revolve around yoga, golf, and long walks in nature. This year I plan to expand my nature walks and explore a little snow shoeing! Dinner reservations or dinner plans are one of my absolute favorites. I appreciate every little detail about sharing a meal and connective conversation. Denver has so many fabulous restaurants, sometimes it’s difficult to choose. Growing up as a ‘coach’s kid’ my heart has a sweet spot for sports. I get childlike excited attending a game and supporting our local teams.
