Navigating the challenges of being human in relationship with others is where growth, healing, and transformation truly happen. In our work together, I will prioritize creating a safe, collaborative and compassionate space where you can explore your strengths and overcome obstacles to live the life you envision.

In my practice I enjoy working through a holistic lens grounded in compassion and curiosity with teens, young adults, and adults. I have worked in direct practice both as a clinical therapist and perinatal mental health care coordinator, equipping me with unique insights into navigating complex life transitions. I draw upon psychodynamic, relational and mindfulness-based theory to build trust and safety. I’m also trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and enjoy working with clients seeking healing from past trauma events.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. Together, we’ll identify barriers, understand patterns, and tap into your innate strengths to create meaningful change. My role will be to listen to you, guide you, and gently challenge you in service of your goals. Whether you’re looking to navigate transitions, explore your identity, or find a safe space for self-discovery, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

Before starting at Better Life, Brittany worked in perinatal and community mental health, providing care coordination as well as individual and group therapy to teens and adults.
