My therapeutic philosophy is that everyone deserves to be listened to and truly heard. Connecting and collaborating with a therapist can be an impactful step on the path to taking care of ourselves.
In this space, I hope to help you connect deeper to yourself, others, and the world around you in a way that supports you. With this deeper understanding, my hope is you feel lighter and more authentic in your day-to-day – and empowered when it comes to making choices or facing tough situations. We will work together to heal and ensure your path forward works for your life.
I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!
Alex spent a year in AmeriCorps, as well as volunteering at various organizations in the Denver area. Using nature as an opportunity to connect deeper to themselves, she supported youth ages 5-18 in AmeriCorps through various outdoor programming. Her experience in the non-profit sector has allowed her to connect with others from diverse backgrounds.

A little more about me:
Outside of work, you can find me on long walks, on a bike, or curled up with a book and my two dogs, Lucy and Mac. Chopping vegetables is soothing to my soul, so I’m often trying a new recipe to share with friends and family.
