Who I Work With

My Approach to Therapy

Life is full of challenges, but that doesn’t mean you can’t build a life filled with joy, purpose, and fulfillment. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your well-being and create a path forward that feels authentic, hopeful, and true to who you are.

In our work together, you can expect a warm, steady presence and a space where every part of you is welcome. My goal is to support and facilitate your growth—whether that means developing deeper self-awareness, building resilience, or finding the confidence to move through life’s challenges with more ease.

My work focuses on anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. My approaches include somatic and mindfulness practices among other therapeutic modalities, depending on what best supports you. Above all, I’ll walk with you as you navigate stress, relationships, identity, and the transitions shaping your life.

Tracy has prior experience working as a trauma-informed somatic coach. She is a certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy practitioner, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Candidate, as well as a yoga and meditation instructor (RYT-200).

A bit more about me…

When not working I enjoy spending time with my children, friends, and family. I love discovering new hiking trails around the Front Range, practicing yoga, and attending live music and art events.
