My Approach to Therapy​

Life is full of transitions, challenges, and opportunities for growth, and I believe everyone deserves a supportive space whey they feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. I believe that healing and personal growth happen through genuine connection, curiosity, and a little grace for ourselves along the way. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate your own journey toward greater wellbeing.

My professional experience has been rooted in inpatient psychiatric care, where I have had the opportunity to serve individuals across the lifespan in a variety of roles. Working in these settings has strengthened my passion for providing compassionate, person-centered care while supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. Throughout my career, I’ve advocated for patient’s needs, collaborated with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and helped individuals and families navigate complex mental health challenges. I strive to meet each person with empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity, recognizing that every individual’s story is unique.

A little more about me…
I am a proud mother of three who loves embracing life’s adventures. Whether I am traveling to new places, hiking a scenic trail, or soaking up as much sunshine as possible, I find that nature helps me stay grounded and connected. I am also always up for learning something new-even if I am still trying to master the art of baking a perfect loaf of sourdough or find my balance on a paddle board.
