I may not always have immediate availability. If I’m booked, our intake coordinators will respond by the next business day with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs.
My Approach to Therapy
I work with people who want to understand what’s going on beneath the surface so they can move toward a more intentional, meaningful life. My approach draws from CBT and ACT with an existential lens, helping you explore questions of freedom, choice, and values and apply them in ways that change how you actually experience your life.
Maybe you’ve been holding it together, but something still feels off. Your mind won’t slow down, your relationships feel repetitive or unsatisfying, or there’s a sense that you’re not quite living the life you want.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to sort it out alone.
In our work together you can expect a space that is curious and nonjudgmental. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll start making sense of your experiences and develop ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are.
Change doesn’t usually happen all at once, but I believe it’s possible through small, meaningful shifts over time. If this feels like a good fit, reach out and we can find a time to connect.
Megan is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, bringing a unique blend of mind–body insight to her work as a therapist. She approaches health through a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size® lens, honoring each person’s autonomy, body wisdom, and lived experience. Prior to counseling, Megan spent over a decade in operations leadership, which brings a grounded, systems-aware perspective to her work and a strong focus on accessible, high-quality care.
A little more about me…
Outside of my work, I enjoy gardening, attempting to perfect our homemade pizza recipe, building websites, paddleboarding, and getting lost in Canva design projects that no one asked for. I love wandering through bookstores, trying new restaurants, and connecting with friends over good coffee.
