Who I Work With

My Approach to Therapy

Thanks for being here! I work with adolescents, teens, and adults, and have a broad range of experience working with many concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, attachment challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, OCD, and eating disorders. I also provide affirming support for LGBTQ+ individuals exploring gender identity, relationships, and self-acceptance.

My goal is to stand beside you wherever you are in your healing journey by creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

Mallory has had the privilege of working in private practice and community mental health, supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and crises. These experiences have shaped her approach and strengthened her ability to provide safe, personalized, and compassionate care.

A little more about me…
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me outside—hiking, walking, or just enjoying the sunshine. Nature has always been a grounding space for me, and I love sharing those moments with my dog, who keeps me active and laughing. I also enjoy exploring new spots around town and spending quality time with the people I care about!
