Who I Work With

My Approach to Therapy

Sometimes life can feel heavier than it looks from the outside and carrying it all on your own can become exhausting. You may be doing your best to keep up, care for others, and hold everything together, while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

I work with young adults and women navigating life transitions, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and coping patterns that may once have helped but now feel limiting or painful. I trust that you hold deep knowledge of your lived experience, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in a safe, grounding space that also utilizes your strengths to support challenge and growth.

Together, we will gently explore patterns, behaviors, and stories that have kept you stuck, while building self-awareness, self-trust, and healthier ways of coping so you can move toward lasting change.

Madeline’s work is shaped by both professional experience and lived understanding of recovery. For two years, she worked directly with young women in substance use and eating disorder treatment, leading groups, one-on-one sessions, and collaborating with treatment teams. As a master’s student counselor at the University of Denver, she draws from CBT, motivational interviewing, and EFT to support lasting change.

A little more about me…

Outside of work, I feel most at home when I’m moving or outside. I grew up competitive ski racing, and I still find any excuse to get into the mountains by skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, or just being in fresh air when I need to reset. At home, I’m usually entertained by my kitten, Chicken, and my rabbit, Bernie, who keep life equal parts chaotic and sweet in the best way.
