My Approach to Therapy
My name is Lexis, and I’d like to start by telling you how strong you are for taking the first step. It takes an enormous amount of courage!
I want you to know that you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you on your journey and offer you a non-judgmental, empathetic, and healing environment. My mission is to empower individuals and couples to overcome personal obstacles, enrich their partnerships, and deepen their connections with the ones around them. We’ll work together to build your self-compassion and self-empowerment, unlock your true potential, and create a meaningful life filled with love and belonging.
I appreciate your consideration and look forward to our journey together.
Lexis has years of experience helping people improve their mental health and well-being. As a Registered Behavior Technician, she used techniques like Applied Behavior Analysis to help children with autism and disabilities learn to live better, more adapted lives. Lexis also has experience coaching patients and families as they navigated difficult healthcare challenges, and administered behavior change counseling to people struggling with metabolic disease.
A little more about me…
I am a Colorado enthusiast with a passion for outdoor adventure. I was born and raised in the picturesque state, and have an unwavering love for the rugged mountains, wildlife, and vibrant seasons that Colorado has to offer. Fall is my favorite! As an avid hiker and nature lover, I find solace in exploring the wilderness and everything that surrounding it. When I am not out hiking or exploring, you can usually find me paddleboarding, relaxing, reading a book, or trying to rollerblade (which I’m currently relearning). When the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can find me cooking, baking, reading, or getting lost in a Netflix or Apple series.
