My Approach to Therapy
I am a humanistic therapist dedicated to supporting your growth, authenticity, and well-being. I believe deeply in your inherent worth and potential, and I provide a warm, empathetic space for exploration and healing.
Grounded in person-centered, existential, and acceptance-based approaches, I work alongside you to explore your values, strengths, and challenges. Together, we’ll practice building awareness of the present moment, making room for difficult emotions, and moving toward choices that align with what matters most to you.
My education and training at the University of Denver, paired with my years of experience as a teacher, have prepared me to hold compassionate space for a diverse population of people facing many different life challenges. Thank you for taking this courageous step—I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you in your journey.
Before coming to Better Life, Diana worked with students of all ages experiencing mental health challenges and has developed skills for helping people make the changes they feel would help them have a better life!
A little more about me…
Time with family and friends is what I treasure most. I also love traveling and exploring cities, spending time in the Colorado mountains hiking and snowshoeing, and finding quiet moments for yoga, reading, and cooking.
