My Approach
I am a compassionate and dedicated MSW student focused on supporting individuals in their healing journey. I aim to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and heal emotional wounds and bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy that emphasizes collaboration and empowerment. My background in working with diverse populations has strengthened my ability to adapt to the unique needs of each individual.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness and evidence-based techniques. I believe in fostering a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard and validated. Together, I hope to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward creating lasting change that aligns with your values and goals.
Claire is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Denver, where she’s gaining foundational knowledge in trauma-informed care and therapeutic techniques. While her clinical experience is still developing, she’s focused on understanding trauma recovery, resilience building, and providing emotional support through client-centered approaches. Her education is equipping her with the skills to effectively work with individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.
A little more about me…
Outside of work, you can find me in my garden, growing everything from kale to strawberries to cucumbers as long as your arm. I also love traveling, and I’m always looking for new places to explore and learn from. When I’m not out in the garden or adventuring in a new place, you can typically find me taking long, but slow, walks with my partner and 9 year old dog, Zoey.
