My Approach

I take a compassionate and thoughtful approach, helping individuals navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, trauma, and life transitions. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, including those healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community seeking an affirming and supportive space.

I approach therapy with curiosity and care, and I value building a strong, trusting relationship as the foundation for meaningful work together. My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective. I strive to meet each person where they are, and I recognize that everyone’s experiences, identities, and needs are unique.

Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while gently supporting exploration, reflection, and the development of coping tools that align with your goals. I incorporate mindfulness-based strategies and focus on building awareness, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. Together, we’ll explore patterns, process difficult experiences, and identify ways to move forward in ways that feel more aligned and sustainable. My goal is to support you in building insight, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful change in your life.

Claire is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Denver, where she is developing foundational clinical skills and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care. Through her training and internship experience, she is gaining exposure to working with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions.

A little more about me…
Outside of work, you can find me in my garden, growing everything from kale to strawberries to cucumbers as long as your arm. I also love traveling, and I’m always looking for new places to explore and learn from. When I’m not out in the garden or adventuring in a new place, you can typically find me taking long, but slow, walks with my partner and 9 year old dog, Zoey.
