My Approach to Therapy
Catie has 2 years of prior experience working as a Recovery Coach at a Crisis Residential Treatment facility. Some of her work includes providing peer support in times of crisis, leading educational groups on mental health, and connecting people with housing and employment services. She also has 2 years of volunteer experience working with neurodivergent youth.
A little more about me…
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me lost in a good book, trying new restaurants, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or exploring Colorado’s beautiful wilderness. I also love traveling whenever I can, but I’m just as happy spending a cozy evening at home snuggled up with my two cats, Sammy and Jaspurr.
