Who I Work With

My Approach to Therapy

You deserve a space where you can show up as your authentic self, free from judgment, shame, or the need to explain who you are. If you’re exploring your identity, navigating religious trauma, or feeling out of place in a world that doesn’t always embrace diversity, you’re not alone.

I love working with people of all ages exploring non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ identities, kink, and non-traditional relationships, as well as anyone seeking support for mental health or family challenges. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and build a sense of hope and belonging.

My approach is direct, deeply empathetic, and infused with humor when appropriate. I draw from trauma-informed, client-centered, and non-judgmental principles, integrating family systems, feminist, and queer perspectives. I want you to feel seen, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Maeve is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Denver, where she’s learning clinical skills and therapeutic techniques. While her clinical experience is still developing, she has experience providing psychosocial support to older adults with dementia and their families. She is focused on learning family systems theory and on integrating a culturally responsive approach in her practice. Her client-centered education equips her to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges.

A little more about me…

Outside of work, I enjoy getting lost in fantasy novels, watching reality TV shows, and dominating games of Catan. You’ll often find me dancing to electronic music or spending time with my four rescue animals. I also love traveling and experimenting with new vegan recipes in the kitchen.
