Sara Harris

Licensed Social Worker

As Brene Brown says, “Vulnerability is not weakness; It’s our greatest measure of courage.” My mission is to create a therapeutic space where you and I can be courageous enough to explore your own mental healthy journey. I have spent the past two years in the behavioral health field supporting individuals in crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading me to specialize in stress management, anxiety, depression, family relations, isolation, and grief. While sometimes an empathetic listening ear and healthy coping skills are all you need, I also look forward to identifying and utilizing other evidence-based psychotherapies that will best support you and your goals.

I am a graduate of Denver University and a licensed social worker. Ranging from at-risk children to older adults experiencing homelessness, I have a diverse professional background supporting individuals and families with mental health conditions including obsessive compulsive disorder, substance abuse, domestic violence, chronic illness, trauma, and much more.

I am currently only seeing clients through telehealth and am based out of the Denver-Metro area. Please reach out with any inquiries as I look forward to connecting!

Approaches: Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention
