I want you to feel truly seen, accepted, and sometimes a little challenged. Our sessions will involve a blend of person-centered approaches like Emotion-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Gestalt therapy. We\u2019ll use Behavioral approaches like Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment, and Cognitive Therapy. Most of all, we\u2019ll build a foundation of self-regard that empowers you to make lasting changes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m trauma-informed and versed in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief. I bring six decades of life experience, with all its ups and downs. I look forward to the privilege of working with you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Rick began his journey towards counseling as a certified leadership coach, founding his practice in 2018. He also has a 30-year career as an entrepreneur and corporate director. In between, <\/span>he’s<\/span> been a crisis-line volunteer, youth mentor and community college faculty.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
