Maddie brings five years of clinical experience to her work, beginning with a foundation in ABA therapy. For the past four years, she’s worked as an Intensive Behavioral Health Specialist on an inpatient psychiatric unit for children and adolescents. In this role, she developed expertise in transdiagnostic interventions for mood disorders, crisis stabilization, motivational interviewing, and de-escalation techniques. She also lead both group and individual sessions using DBT and CBT-based skills, and incorporated creative therapeutic approaches such as drama and art therapy.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
