You’re the expert on your own experience, and I’m here to support you. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe and comfortable\u2014but I also believe growth happens when we gently push ourselves out of our comfort zone. I specialize in anxiety, burnout, OCD, women’s issues, and the struggle of the everyday life. By using a combination of person-centered, cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness approaches, I believe we can work together to tackle anything life throws at you. I’m here to support you and would love to help you take steps toward healing and the life you deserve!<\/p>\n

Sophie has supported individuals facing burnout and stress in the workplace at a wellness coaching practice and contributed to research on OCD and anxiety symptoms and impacts in a psychology lab. She also has experience facilitating psychoeducational groups on burnout, stress management, and resilience building.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
