A fair and accessible grievance resolution process exists for individuals accessing, receiving, or being evaluated for services at Better Life Therapy. Notices of dissatisfaction about any matter related to our services are accepted verbally or in writing.<\/p>\n
Please prepare an email for (preferred) or request the phone number of our Clinical Director, Stephanie Berliant, with any concerns. Please include the following information:<\/p>\n

Simply request her contact information and state that you would like to file a grievance.
