As a holistic therapist, I am warm, compassionate, genuine, and curious. I partner with the mind-body-spirit connection, the interconnection between us all, and with the natural world. My practice integrates person-centered modalities, specializing in somatic and parts work, ecotherapy, mindfulness, Gestalt, and transpersonal approaches, linking them together to best meet my clients\u2019 needs. I specialize in working with clients who are motivated to create movement with their ADHD, trauma, disconnection from self and others, depression, and anxiety.<\/p>\n

Glenys has years of prior experience in mental health, including her work in an inpatient center where she worked with teens and young adults for depression, anxiety, and other disorders, and guided patients through trauma processing and behavioral management.
