You\u2019ve known yourself the longest, so you will be in the expert in our relationship. I believe you deserve access to care that is transparent and informed, which is why I share that I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and will offer a queer-informed approach.<\/p>\n

Learning more about ourselves, and how to navigate difficult realities can be daunting, and I would love to support you in doing so. I specifically have experience in \u2013 and an understanding of \u2013 folks working with OCD and other anxiety disorders. Specific modalities I\u2019ve used are dialectical behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I would love to work with youth, adolescents and adults.<\/p>\n

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we\u2019ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!<\/em><\/p>\n

I have years of experience working with kids in lots of different settings, including an OCD and anxiety treatment center. I also worked with adults with OCD and anxiety disorders, including Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Trichotillomania, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder. My role in that work experience was to support people through exposures and provide psychoeducation. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
