This is why I believe a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in achieving change. I am a genuine, empathetic person that will hold the space needed for you to process and to determine where you want to go in your healing journey.<\/p>\n

I specialize in working with trauma, disordered eating, and the LGBTQ+ community. I offer EMDR therapy as well as many other approaches, including attachment-focused work, and parts work. I also utilize a health at every size framework. I cater the approach I use to the unique needs of every client and believe that you are the expert on yourself!<\/p>\n
