Jennifer L\u00f6w<\/strong>
\nIntake Coordinator<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

Jen is an Intake Coordinator at Better Life Therapy and has a dedication to working with clients on their mental health journey. Before coming to Better Life, Jen worked at a Naturopathic Doctors\u2019 office where she helped guide patients on their path to healing. She was also a massage therapist for 20 years and has a passion for healing in all modalities.<\/p>\n

In her spare time, Jen enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, and swimming with her dog, Angus. She has two grown boys and her happiest accomplishment is being their mom.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Biller<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

As a Billing Specialist, I bring a strong background in healthcare administration and a deep understanding of insurance and billing processes. I have an Associate degree in Social Science and in Medical Office Administration, along with diplomas in Medical Billing & Coding and Healthcare Administration. I am also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC.<\/p>\n

Originally from Myrtle Beach, SC, I have had the unique opportunity to live across the country as a proud military spouse. These experiences have strengthened my adaptability and commitment to providing reliable, client-centered support. I am passionate about helping both clients and clinicians navigate the billing process with clarity and confidence, and I am always happy to help with any questions along the way.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, you will usually find me spending time with my three children or enjoying a good book.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
