I have come to realize that regardless of who we are and where we come from, each of us has our own storms to navigate. As a nationally certified counselor, my role is not to fix something broken but to help those who feel lost at sea to navigate the rough waters and find their way through the storm.<\/p>\n

With compassion as my central driving force, I strive to always maintain a warm, safe, and empathetic environment to foster healing for those facing challenges like anxiety and depression or simply looking for some guidance through life transitions, career, and relationships.
