Genuine connection is one of the most healing experiences, and my goal is to ensure you feel safe and supported each time we meet. Working with individuals that struggle with addiction I have witnessed how capable of change and growth every person is. It is my hope to help you work towards the positive growth you are seeking, in ways that make sense and feel right for you. I utilize multiple modalities and perspectives, drawing from DBT, MI, ACT, and IFS to best serve my clients. I obtained my Bachelor\u2019s of Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and my Master of Social Work at Metropolitan State University.<\/p>\n

Claire ran groups and co-facilitated experiential activities with adults in residential treatment for substance abuse. While at that facility, she gained knowledge about DBT interventions and gained experience in addiction with co-occurring mood and personality disorders. She has a special interest in trauma work and anxiety.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
