I see patients virtually and in-person!

See me in-person at our Capitol Hill Office.

Change can be hard, and it’s also a natural part of life. My intention is to be a support as you navigate what’s feeling stuck, overwhelming, or uncertain. Together, we’ll look at what’s beneath the surface and work with your strengths to help you move toward the life you want. My approach is honest, warm, and curious with a deep respect for your process, always meeting you where you are.

Every person is layered and unique, and I tailor our work to your individual needs and goals. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, and draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, alongside somatic and neuroscience-informed approaches. I also consider the social, cultural, and environmental contexts that shape your experience. With a trauma-informed and non-judgmental lens, I’m here to support you through whatever you’re facing with care, compassion, and collaboration.

Madeline has experience working with both adolescents and adults navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD. She has led therapeutic groups using CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions and taught classes on healthy relationships and communication for expecting and new parents. Outside of clinical settings, Madeline has contributed to research focused on understanding the needs and systemic barriers faced by adults on the autism spectrum.

I may not always have immediate availability. If so, we’ll respond right away with some alternative therapists specialized to your needs!

I previously worked with adolescents and adults living with anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, and eating disorders.  I’ve also facilitated therapeutic groups using CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness modalities.  In the past I taught classes on healthy relationships and communication for at risk pregnant people or those with newborn babies.

Non-clinically, I have worked in research, specifically looking at the needs and barriers of adults on the autism spectrum.

A little more about me:

In my free time I love to walk through forested areas with my two dogs, Mushi and Ginkgo. Otherwise I’m usually at a thrift store, a yoga studio, or learning to cook some tasty new dishes.
